Delivery & Access Policy

1. Digital Product Delivery

FITRIYAT provides digital products such as eBooks and downloadable digital content. Since our products are delivered electronically, no physical product will be shipped to your address.

After successful payment, your purchased digital product will normally be made available immediately.

• Order confirmation or Thank You page
• Email
• WhatsApp, where applicable

2. Customer Account & Access

When applicable, a customer account may be created or linked to your purchase so that you can access your purchased products.

You can log in to your FITRIYAT account and access your available digital products from your account, order or download section.

Please keep your login credentials secure and do not share your account or download access with others.

3. Download Access

Where a downloadable file is provided, the download link will remain available for 41 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

After the applicable access period expires, the download option may no longer be available automatically.

If you experience a genuine technical problem with your download, please contact FITRIYAT Support.

4. Missing or Non-Working Download Link

Please contact FITRIYAT Support if:

• You successfully completed payment but did not receive your eBook.
• The download link is missing.
• The download link does not work.
• You cannot access your purchased product.
• You received an incorrect file.

We will review the issue and, where applicable, provide a working download link or resend the correct digital product.

5. Delivery Time

If you do not receive access within this period, please contact us with your order details.

6. Payment Verification

In certain circumstances, access to a digital product may be temporarily delayed while a payment or order is being verified.

Product access will be provided after successful confirmation of the order and payment.

7. Incorrect Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout, including their name, email address and other required details.

If incorrect information prevents delivery or access, please contact FITRIYAT Support as soon as possible.

8. Duplicate or Multiple Orders

Please avoid placing multiple orders for the same product if your first payment is still being processed.

If you believe you have accidentally placed or paid for a duplicate order, contact us with the relevant order details so that we can review the transaction.

9. Customer Support

If you experience any issue with your digital product, please contact FITRIYAT Support.

Please include your order ID and the email address used during purchase when contacting us. This helps us resolve your issue faster.

10. Policy Updates

FITRIYAT reserves the right to update or modify this Delivery & Access Policy when necessary. Any changes will be published on this page.
